Chocolate Brownies

160g dark chocolate
80g butter
1/3C caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
¼C vanilla yoghurt
¾C plain flour
¼C SR flour
¼C white choc bits, finely chopped



Preheat oven 150.  Grease and line shallow square pan.  Melt together dark chocolate and butter in small saucepan, remove from heat and stir in sugar, cool slightly.  Stir in eggs until just conbined, then stir in yoghurt then flours.  Spread mixture into pan and sprinkle with white choc.  Bake 20-25 mins, cool to room temperature then refrigerate 2 hours before cutting.
