Chocolate Hazelnut Snails
1 ½C SR flour
80g cold butter, chopped
2T soft brown sugar
½C milk
150g hazelnut chocolate, finely chopped
100g milk chocolate
¼C cream
icing sugar, to dust
Preheat oven, including baking tray, 180. Mix flour, butter, sugar in food processor until resembles breadcrumbs. Add milk, mix until dough just comes together. Turn onto floured surface, knead until smooth, roll out to 30x20cm rectangle. Sprinkle with hazelnut chocolate. Roll up from long edge into log and slice into 8 snails. Bake snails on hot tray 12-15 mins. Melt chocolate and cream to make sauce to serve, and dust with icing sugar.
