Molten Chocolate Cakes

¼ C plain flour
1/3 C icing sugar
¾ C almond meal
2 egg whites, beaten
80g butter, melted
160g dark chocolate, melted
4x10g dark chocolate squares
berries to serve



Preheat oven to 150C.  Place all ingredients except chocolate squares in a bowl and mix well to combine.  Spoon half into 4x½C lightly greased ovenproof dishes.  Place squares on top then cover with remaining mixture. Bake 20 mins or until cooked but gooey in the middle.  Stand in dish 5 mins before turning out.



Can be reheated in microwave or oven.
