Cheesey Chive and Sour Cream Sticks

2 C SR flour

80g canola spread/butter

80g sour cream

60g grated cheese

2 T fresh chives

Salt and pepper

60ml iced water

Preheat oven to 200C.  Line baking trays.  Mix all ingredients except water and rub together using back of fork.  Sprinkle water over mixture and stir until mixture holds together and leaves side of bowl.  On lightly floured surface, roll tablespoons of mixture into 25cm sticks.  Place sticks 3cm apart on baking trays and spray with oil.  Bake 15 mins or until lightly browned.  Cool on tray.
