Tomato and Lentil Soup

1 T olive oil

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

¼ t ground coriander

¼ t cumin

1 t paprika

1 T tomato paste

800g can tomatoes

½ C rinsed red lentils

2 C chicken stock

Saute onion in oil, then add garlic, spices and tomato paste and cook 3 mins.  Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil then simmer 20 mins until lentils tender.  Blend.
