Curried Sausages

Sausages
1 packet Dutch curry and rice soup mix
2 C hot water
Vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, potatoes)
Lightly cook sausages and cut into small pieces, put in casserole dish. Mix and soup and water and pour over sausages. Add veggies. Cook 1 ½ hours, watching water. Stir occasionally.
