Cheesy Tomato Noodles
2 tabs butter
1 x 425g can tomato soup
1 onion, sliced
1 tabs tomato paste
500g mince
¼ cup water
2 sticks celery, sliced
Salt & pepper
Spices e.g. curry, paprika, cumin
1 green capsicum, sliced
2 cups cooked spiral noodles
1 red capsicum, sliced
Grated cheese
1 x 425g can tomato soup

Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add onion and cook until soft. Add meat and cook until brown, add celery and capsicums. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste, water, seasonings and noodles. In a buttered casserole dish place meat mixture and pasta, top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese crunchy.
