Teriyaki Meatballs
500g mince
3 shallots, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 t grated fresh ginger
¼ C soy sauce
1 T sugar

1/3 C water
1 t cornflour

In bowl mix shallots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar. Add half of sauce to mince in another bowl. Mix to combine then roll into 20 meatballs. Fry in oil, turning frequently (approx 10 mins). Blend cornflour with water and add to remaining sauce. Add to meatballs and stir until sauce thickens and bubbles. Simmer 1-2 mins then serve with rice and veggies.
