Chicken Fricasee

Chicken pieces
4 tabs plain flour
1 onion, chopped
2 cups milk
1 or 2 carrots, chopped
2 cups water
4 sticks celery
2 chicken stock cubes
Coat chicken pieces in flour. Fry in electric frypan in butter and oil, until golden. Then remove. Add flour to pan, stir with fork, gradually add milk and water. Add chicken stock cubes. Add carrots, celery and onion, chicken. Cook approx 45 mins. Serve on rice.
